Responsible for the entire talent acquisition processes Handling job portal and website Conduct employee On- boarding and training Gather and analyze data with useful HR Metrics Maintain employee files and records in digital and paper form Compensation and benefits Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective actions

Key Skills




Hands on exposure in any HRIS tool Understanding of HR compliance Excellent communication and people management skills

Qualification & Experience




MBA in HR (Regular) / Master degree in HR field will be an added advantage * 3-5 years
