Key Responsibilities:



Manage full-cycle recruitment for lateral positions across functions like doctors, lab professionals, paramedics, medical operations, and corporate roles. Partner with department heads to understand role requirements and workforce planning. Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, references, internal databases, and agencies. Screen and assess candidates for skill fit, experience, and cultural alignment. Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process. Maintain talent pipelines for critical healthcare roles. Track recruitment metrics - TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing effectiveness. Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and external regulations.
