Skills: -
Lead and oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Implement HR strategies to improve organizational effectiveness.
Oversee benefits administration and payroll processes.
Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR best practices.
Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Experience: 6 years to 10 years
