Key Responsibilities
Statutory Compliances
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines.
Liaise with government authorities and auditors for inspections and queries.
Payroll Management
End-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain employee records related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
Handle full & final settlements, bonus, gratuity, and leave encashments.
Employee Support
Address payroll-related queries from employees.
Provide guidance on statutory benefits and entitlements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or related field.
5-7 years of proven experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and HR systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
