Calculate Actual Salary and Salary To Pay
Handle PF, ESIC, TDS deductions
Manage bonus, reimbursement, loan, and advance recovery
Generate monthly salary reports
Coordinate salary payment
Compliance & Legal
Handle PF and ESIC registration and records
Maintain employee declarations
Support audits and compliance checks
Keep employee data confidential
Performance & Growth
Track monthly performance data
Maintain appraisal and increment records
Update last appraisal and next increment dates
Support management in reviews
Asset Management
Assign company assets to employees
Maintain asset records and condition
Track asset return during exit
HR Policies & Support
Explain company policies to employees
Handle employee queries politely
Support management with HR reports
Maintain discipline and company culture
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of HR and payroll
Understanding of PF, ESIC, and salary structure
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Honest and responsible
Experience
1-5 years in HR or similar role
Experience in payroll and attendance is a plus

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
