Job Purpose:



The Senior HR Executive will oversee and manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR operations to support organizational growth and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection). Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements. Conduct induction & orientation programs for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolutions. Drive employee engagement activities and cultural programs. Maintain a healthy work environment by promoting positive HR practices.

3. HR Operations & Compliance



Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, payroll inputs). Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Draft, update, and implement HR policies.

4. Performance Management



Coordinate the appraisal process and maintain performance data. Assist managers in handling performance-related concerns.

5. Training & Development



Identify training needs and arrange skill-development programs. Track and evaluate training effectiveness.

6. Exit Management



Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlement formalities. Analyze attrition trends and suggest retention strategies.

Requirements:



Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4-7 years of HR Generalist experience (Preferably in Manufacturing industry). Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS software.
