Benefits Consultant Responsibilities:
? Administrate COBRA, LOAs, Family and Medical Leave rule usage and other issues as
required by the team.
? Must able to handle Qualified status change enrolment and query
? Past experience in open enrolment is plus
? Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental, vision,
life insurance & AD&D, 401(k)
? Assist employee with enrolling in medical, dental and vision insurance plans,
handling qualified life event (QLE)
? Resolve employee issues with insurance providers and other benefits administrators.
? Assisting with PPACA admirative activities.
? Monitoring benefits plan & costs to assist in budgeting and planning for upcoming
years.
? Looking after open Enrolment, New Hire Enrolment, Work Event Enrolment
activities, including communications.
? Create and maintain employee benefit plan documentation/ Standard Operating
Procedure (SOP) & update it as & when required.
? Handle employee queries and issues promptly and explain the benefits program to
them when required.

Required Skills :
? Working knowledge of US Benefits & Benefit platforms.
? Familiarity with benefits laws and compliance standards (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA)
? Experience with benefits administration platforms (e.g., Workday, Dayforce, Kronos)
