About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Senior HR Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Recruitment along with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and job specifications

Source and screen candidates through job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

Coordinate and schedule interviews (telephonic, Google Meet, Zoom, Teams, or in-person)

Handle salary negotiations and offer roll-outs post selection

Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process

Who Can Apply-Candidates with minimum 1 year of recruitment experience

Individuals looking to restart their careers after a break are encouraged to apply

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
