Role Overview
We are looking to engage a
Senior HR Manager as a Consultant
to guide and support our recruitment and talent strategy. This is not a traditional HR operations role, but a senior advisory and hands-on position to help us identify, attract, and onboard the right people for our future.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to understand long-term business strategy and translate it into a talent roadmap.
Lead the recruitment process for senior and strategic roles (including sourcing, selection, and onboarding).
Provide insights on organizational design and succession planning.
Act as a trusted advisor on HR best practices, employer branding, and leadership hiring.
Mentor and support internal HR capability building.
Candidate Profile
Age:
45 years and above
Experience:
20+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant expertise in strategic hiring and leadership recruitment.
Proven ability to build high-performing leadership teams.
Strong business acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Prior consulting or advisory experience is an advantage.
Engagement
Consulting basis (flexible structure can be discussed).
Expected duration: medium to long term, depending on outcomes.
