Talinkd Solutions is new age HR solutions firm offering Hiring, HR Outsourcing, and Fractional CHRO services. We currently work with high-growth companies, GCC, Startups to build scalable teams and strong people practices. This role is ideal for someone who wants to manage both delivery and growth--combining recruitment expertise with client ownership and business development. You'll play a core role in expanding our practice and driving end-to-end execution.

Currently looking for only female candidates, coming with prior experience in Recruitment/ Staffing consulting companies.

Manage Talent Acquisition, Client Management, Business Development, and RPO setup. Own end-to-end hiring delivery across permanent, project, and RPO mandates. Acquire new clients through outreach, networking, and strong market understanding. Build and maintain key client relationships with high responsiveness. Collaborate with leadership to scale Hiring, RPO, and HR Outsourcing practices. Drive revenue growth through pitching, negotiations, and mandate closures. Ensure high-quality delivery, process adherence, and timely fulfilment.

What You Will Do Daily

Source, screen, and manage candidates for multiple roles. Interact with clients for requirements, updates, and feedback. Pitch services to new prospects and follow up on leads. Prepare proposals and negotiate terms for new mandates. Run RPO processes, track metrics, and coordinate with internal teams. Resolve client issues promptly and maintain satisfaction levels. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
