Role Overview:

As an

HR Consultant

, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR solutions to clients. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-level in their HR career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced consulting environment.

You will work closely with senior consultants and gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, contributing to projects that directly impact client success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks Support recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding Advise on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution Design and deliver training and development programs Implement and manage HR technology solutions Analyze HR metrics and workplace data to drive organizational improvements

Key Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of HR functions including talent management, compensation, compliance, and employee relations Ability to align HR practices with business goals Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and problem-solving Excellent communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in

HR, Business Administration, or related field

2-3 years of HR experience (consulting or corporate HR experience preferred)

Pay: ?205,583.97 - ?582,545.41 per year
