Role Overview
This role supports both
Human Resources functions
and
client service operations
, ensuring smooth people management and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR administration skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, problem-solving approach. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end hiring processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees, promoting a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management:
Assist in performance review cycles and employee development initiatives.
Administration Support:
Maintain HR records, compliance, and policy documentation.
Communication & Collaboration:
Coordinate across teams to enhance organizational efficiency.
Event Coordination Support:
Assist with internal and external event-related activities.
Business Development Support:
Provide HR and operational support that contributes to client service excellence and business growth.
Qualifications

Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience in
HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations

Experience in the
Event Management/Media industry
will be an added advantage.
