Role and Responsibilities
Recruitment:
? Lead the recruitment process for all open positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
? Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
? Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
? Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract top talent.
? Manage employee referral programs and improve recruitment channels. Payroll Management:
? Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements.
? Ensure compliance with relevant payroll laws and tax regulations.
? Address payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
? Coordinate with the finance team to ensure all payroll-related deductions, bonuses, and benefits are accurately reflected.
? Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, insurance, etc.) and ensure accurate enrollment and deductions. Employee Relations & Engagement:
? Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and ensure a resolution-focused approach to workplace issues.
? Promote positive employee relations and maintain a harmonious work environment.
? Implement employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback channels, to assess satisfaction and morale.
? Address conflicts and concerns in a timely manner, providing support to employees and management. Performance Management:
? Oversee the performance management cycle, including setting performance goals, evaluations, and feedback.
? Work with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
? Develop programs to recognize high performers and encourage employee development.
? Monitor performance and identify opportunities for team and organizational growth. HR Policies & Compliance:
? Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
? Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
? Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
? Advise managers and employees on policy matters, handling investigations or disciplinary actions as needed. Employee Development & Training:
? Identify training and development needs across departments to improve employee skills and leadership capabilities.
? Plan and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to promote continuous learning.
? Implement mentorship programs and support career development initiatives to retain top talent.
? Track employee development progress and provide guidance for career advancement. Compensation & Benefits Administration:
? Manage employee compensation plans and ensure they are competitive within the industry.
? Coordinate with external vendors and providers to manage employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
? Administer bonus, incentive, and rewards programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
? Evaluate and recommend changes to compensation and benefits structures based on market trends and employee feedback. HR Metrics & Reporting:
? Monitor HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
? Prepare regular HR reports to present to senior leadership, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
? Use data-driven insights to refine HR strategies and improve organizational performance.

Pay: ?17,022.78 - ?35,000.00 per month
