Manage end-to-end recruitment including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and vacancy fulfillment within deadlines
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning
Handle employee relations, resolve employee queries and grievances across departments
Maintain daily attendance records and manage attendance systems
Prepare monthly salary sheets based on attendance, leave, and company policies
Ensure staff punctuality, discipline, and adherence to company rules and HR policies
Conduct periodic employee performance reviews and support retention initiatives
Plan and execute training and development programs for employee skill enhancement
Drive employee motivation, engagement, and staff welfare activities
Promote teamwork and align employees with organizational goals
Manage onboarding and exit formalities including documentation and asset handover
Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation (physical & digital)
Handle office administration including stationery, housekeeping, security, and maintenance coordination
Manage office assets such as laptops, ID cards, access cards, and inventory records
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for admin-related requirements
Support statutory compliance coordination (PF, ESIC, insurance, audits)
Prepare HR & admin reports for management review as required
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR with exposure to Admin functions
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee relations
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
