Payroll & Statutory Coordination
Prepare and verify payroll inputs and coordinate with accountant
Support PF, ESIC, and basic labor compliance documentation
Track probation, confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements
Home Loan & Bank Coordination (Real Estate Finance Support)
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and housing finance companies for customer home loans
Collect, verify, and organize customer loan documentation
Liaise between customers, sales team, accountants, and bank officials
Track loan sanction, disbursement, and pending cases
Maintain updated records of all loan files and documentation
RERA Documentation & Compliance Support
Assist in preparation, updating, and maintenance of RERA documentation
Coordinate with legal, technical, and finance teams for compliance inputs
Maintain compliance timelines, approvals, and submission records
Support management during RERA filings, audits, and renewals
Site & Office Coordination
Coordinate between site teams, sales, finance, and head office
Maintain manpower and coordination reports
Support HR, admin, and compliance needs for new project launches
