HR Executive - Manufacturing Industry

Location:

Waluj MIDC, Chh. Sambhaji Nagar

Experience:

4-5 Years (Manufacturing Industry Only)

Salary:

?25,000 - ?30,000 per month

Qualification:

MBA in HR (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end HR operations

Manage

PF, ESI, statutory compliance

Onboarding & Offboarding

of employees Coordination with

labor contractors & vendors

Handle

contract labor and shop-floor HR activities

Maintain employee records & HR documentation Support payroll, attendance & leave management Ensure compliance with labor laws

Requirements:

MBA in HR completed 4-5 years HR experience in

Manufacturing Industry

Good knowledge of

Waluj MIDC

Experience handling

multiple labor vendors

Good communication & coordination skills Comfortable working in factory environment
