Role Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the creative visual communication needs for interior design projects, marketing materials, branding, and client presentations. This role requires strong design sense, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to convert concepts into high-quality visuals aligned with the company's brand and interior design standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Creative & Visual Design

Develop high-quality graphic designs for interior design presentations, mood boards, and concept boards. Create stunning visual content including brochures, catalogues, signage, branding elements, and digital marketing creatives. Work closely with interior designers to translate space concepts into visual storyboards. Design layouts for project proposals, GFC decks, material boards, and client-facing documents.

2. Branding & Marketing Collateral

Create brand identities, logos, and visual language for retail stores, furniture brands, and interior projects. Design marketing assets such as posters, banners, social media posts, website graphics, and advertisements. Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all communication materials.

3. Technical & Project Support

Prepare high-quality renders, mockups, and 2D/3D visual layouts when required. Support the design team with graphic inputs for site signage, wayfinding, wall graphics, and murals. Collaborate with the production team to prepare print-ready files, dielines, and fabrication artwork.

4. Team Collaboration & Leadership

Guide junior designers and review their work. Coordinate with marketing, interior design, sales, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of design assets. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Skills & RequirementsTechnical Skills

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of CorelDRAW, After Effects, Premiere Pro (added advantage). Good understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, and materials. Ability to create high-impact visual stories and branding systems. Experience in print production, color correction, and file preparation.

Strong creativity with an eye for detail. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Ability to handle pressure and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines. Leadership & team management abilities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
