Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced

Graphic Designer

with a strong background in the

health care industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-impact visual communications across print, digital, and multimedia platforms that adhere to brand standards and support business objectives in a regulated industry. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and clinical teams to deliver thoughtful, user-centered design solutions that engage our audience and elevate the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the visual development of branding, campaigns, and marketing collateral for various health care initiatives (B2B and B2C). Design a wide range of materials including brochures, patient education materials, reports, infographics, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, and website assets. Ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints while adhering to regulatory guidelines (HIPAA, FDA, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, medical, and compliance to translate complex medical concepts into clear visual communications. Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction and feedback during project reviews. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through execution, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Stay up to date with health care marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure relevance and innovation in design.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 5+ years of professional design experience, with at least 3 years in the health care or medical field (agency or in-house). Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design skills across various media, including health care-focused projects. Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with Figma or other digital design tools. Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and UX/UI principles. Experience working in regulated environments and familiarity with medical/legal review processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design (ADA compliance).
