Job Description

We are seeking a

creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, a passion for design, and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing creatives. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to design engaging graphics for digital platforms, branding materials, social media, and other marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, infographics, and other marketing materials. Develop layouts and design concepts that align with the brand's voice and campaign goals. Work on website graphics, email templates, landing pages, and UI/UX elements as required. Collaborate with the marketing, content, and web teams to ensure consistent brand identity across all visuals. Design creatives for product launches, campaigns, events, and presentations. Edit and enhance videos, motion graphics, and short reels (basic video editing skills preferred). Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Proficiency in design software:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW (After Effects / Premiere Pro is a plus). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Ability to think creatively and produce new ideas and concepts. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Portfolio showcasing previous design work (mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in designing for

IT, digital marketing, or e-commerce companies.

Knowledge of video editing, animation, and motion graphics. Familiarity with AI-based design tools (e.g., Canva, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) is a plus. Understanding of digital marketing requirements -- ad formats, campaign creatives, and social media content design.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
