We're looking for a creative professional who can take ownership of the design process -- from concept to final delivery -- while guiding the team to maintain high-quality, consistent, and brand-aligned visuals. This role requires both hands-on design expertise and the ability to oversee and organize the team's workflow effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day activities of the design team and ensure smooth workflow across all creative projects.
Plan, assign, and review design tasks to maintain timelines and creative standards.
Provide creative direction, constructive feedback, and support to designers when needed.
Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to develop campaign visuals, branding assets, and social media creatives.
Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines, client requirements, and internal quality benchmarks.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on deadlines and importance.
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the creative output fresh and innovative.
Requirements:
4-6 years of professional design experience with proven ability to lead or coordinate a creative team.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Strong eye for detail, composition, and visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, organization, and team coordination skills.
