About the Role:

We are looking for a

highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer

to join our dynamic advertising agency in Sambalpur. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, branding expertise, and the ability to translate marketing ideas into compelling visual designs across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design creative campaigns, brand identities, social media graphics, print ads, brochures, and digital marketing assets. Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Copywriters, and Marketing Team to develop design concepts aligned with client briefs. Lead and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance to maintain design quality and brand consistency. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand and client standards. Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and design innovations to enhance creativity and efficiency. Present design ideas and mockups to clients and internal stakeholders for review and approval. Coordinate with vendors, printers, and photographers when required to ensure final output quality.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.)

Excellent understanding of

typography, color theory, layout design, and brand communication

Experience in

digital design

(social media, web banners, UI elements) and

print production

Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication

, or related field. Minimum

7 years of professional experience

in a reputed

advertising agency or creative studio

. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and professional design work.
