What You'll Be Doing

Own and execute

high-impact visual design

across digital and print platforms Translate brand strategy into scalable, consistent visual systems Lead design direction for websites, brand collaterals, social media, and packaging Collaborate closely with strategists, developers, and other designers Guide junior designers with feedback that actually improves the work Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with business objectives Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and cultural shifts, then apply them intelligently Represent the studio confidently in

client presentations and review sessions

What We Need

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline

2+ years of hands-on experience

in branding, marketing, and digital design A strong, opinionated portfolio showcasing

branding systems, packaging, and multi-platform campaigns

Advanced proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects) Deep understanding of typography, color systems, layout, and visual hierarchy Solid grip on

print and digital production standards

Working knowledge of motion graphics and illustration Clear communication skills and strong conceptual thinking Proven experience

presenting work to clients

and defending design decisions Familiarity with web design tools; basic coding knowledge is a bonus.
