Key Responsibilities
Lead visual design across
digital campaigns, social media, websites, landing pages, emailers, and performance ads
Translate
creative briefs and brand guidelines
into compelling visual outputs
Conceptualize and execute designs aligned with
brand tone, platform best practices, and marketing objectives
Collaborate closely with
copywriters, strategists, social media teams, and account managers
Mentor and guide
junior designers
, ensuring quality and consistency of output
Ensure timely delivery of multiple projects while maintaining design excellence
Adapt designs based on
client feedback, performance metrics, and evolving trends
Maintain and evolve brand identities across digital touchpoints
Work with motion designers / video teams to ensure design continuity (where applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
4-6+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a
digital or advertising agency
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Good understanding of
digital formats, social media platforms, and performance creatives
Strong sense of
typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
Ability to handle
multiple clients and tight timelines
Excellent communication and presentation skills
A strong, diverse
portfolio showcasing digital-first work
