Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Senior Graphic Designer

to lead our design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced design skills, the ability to lead a design team, and a passion for creating compelling visuals across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute high-impact visual concepts for branding, marketing campaigns, product launches, packaging, and digital media. Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency in all creative outputs. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create engaging graphics for websites, social media, presentations, and advertisements. Oversee the entire design process, from brainstorming to final delivery, ensuring timely completion of projects. Maintain brand consistency across all projects and platforms. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve design processes. Review and provide constructive feedback on creative work. Coordinate with printers and production teams for high-quality outputs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across print and digital media. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.). Excellent typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling skills. Experience in branding, UI/UX design, and motion graphics is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to take creative direction and work independently or in a team setting.
