What You'll Do

Lead end?to?end creative projects:

From conceptualization to final deliverables, ensuring each piece aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.

Brand identity & campaigns:

Develop and evolve brand guidelines, logos, and visual systems across digital and print channels.

High?impact marketing collateral:

Design brochures, presentations, packaging, social media assets, banners, email templates, and more.

Mentor & collaborate:

Guide junior designers, brainstorm with copywriters/marketers, and present creative strategies to stakeholders.

Quality & consistency:

Uphold the highest standards in typography, color theory, layout, and production-ready files.
Must?Have Qualifications

5+ years' professional experience

in a client?facing design role or agency environment.

Expert proficiency

in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (advanced features, scripting a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing

brand-driven work

--logos, identity systems, print & digital campaigns. Exceptional

typographic sensibility

, attention to detail, and a keen eye for composition. Ability to

juggle multiple projects

under tight deadlines without compromising quality. Excellent

communication skills

to pitch concepts and incorporate feedback. Onsite commitment to our Nagpur office--
