Job Description

We're looking for a senior graphic designer to lead the creative vision for design projects, ensuring high-quality visuals aligned with brand strategies, and mentoring junior designers. They manage the design process from concept to completion, overseeing production, and maintaining brand consistency across various media. Key responsibilities include developing creative briefs, presenting design solutions, and collaborating with marketing and other teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications Required

Graphic Design Software

:Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design software.

Creativity

:Strong creative ability to develop unique and visually appealing concepts.

Social Media Knowledge

:Understanding of platform requirements and best practices for social media design.

Portfolio

:A strong portfolio demonstrating proven experience in social media graphic design.

Collaboration & Communication

:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with team members.

Time Management

:Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Brand Understanding

:Ability to translate business requirements and goals into compelling visual designs.
