Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. This role will involve designing premium product packaging, marketing collaterals, and digital assets that reflect our brand's innovative and health-conscious identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, experience in product-based branding, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

product packaging, labels, and retail display materials

in line with brand standards. Create marketing collaterals for both

digital and print

-- including social media creatives, brochures, posters, and advertisements. Work closely with product, marketing, and brand teams to ensure designs are visually appealing and commercially effective. Adapt designs for various formats (e.g., e-commerce platforms, social media, print) while maintaining quality and consistency. Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure production quality matches design intent. Stay updated with packaging and graphic design trends in the FMCG/health industry. Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent. 3-10 years of experience in

graphic design for a product-based or FMCG company

. Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and branding work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus. Understanding of print production processes and color management. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing. Photography and product shoot coordination. Knowledge of consumer branding strategies.

Pay: ₹30,363.74 - ₹65,948.04 per month
