What we're looking for:
We are looking for a talented designer to join the Gartner Digital Markets Creative team.
You'll take a lead role in the visual development and expression of our brands. You'll act as a liaison between Creative, Brand, Paid Social Media, UX, Content and other teams, helping to elevate our designs and further establish our presence in the market.
Why you will do:
Responsible for translating established Creative Direction into conceptual ideas.
Design and produce a wide range of visual assets including social media graphics, email templates, e-books, icons, video elements, mock-ups, storyboards, presentation boards, and branding guidelines to effectively communicate concepts and bring designs to life from initial idea to final implementation.
Articulate and present design and conceptual choices to internal and external audiences
Provide feedback and critique of group's work in meeting communications objectives.
Measure results. You'll use reporting tools to understand the impact of your designs and discover future ideas based on user feedback.
Work with the Creative Director, Designers and Brand Managers to support design and branding needs across Gartner Digital Markets.
What you will need:
A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent design exposure. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience will give you the foundation you need to succeed.
5-7 years of experience in leading design processes balancing business needs and production feasibility.
Expert knowledge of typography, colour, usability, layout, production, and other design principles
An outstanding portfolio. Your expertise shines through your examples. Your portfolio showcases your foundation in design for branding, marketing, advertising, social and interaction design.
You can do amazing things with design tools such as Adobe CC and other creative applications.
Excellent knowledge of UI Design (Figma) and video editing will be considered a great plus.
Great communication skills. You're an experienced data-focused storyteller with excellent communication skills who loves working directly with teammates to implement your work.
A knack for organisation. We know we can't rush great things, but we've got some serious deadlines. Your organisation and project management skills will need to help make it happen.
