We're looking for a
Sr. Graphic Designer
who's not only creatively driven but also passionate about making a difference in people's lives through impactful, health-focused designs and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideate and design
compelling visuals for
social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) aligned with Varcoleg Care's brand identity and healthcare messaging.
Develop engaging creatives for
digital and offline marketing campaigns
-- including social ads, product promos, brochures, wellness kits, patient education content, and brand collaterals.
Work closely with the
marketing, content, and product teams
to bring campaign ideas and health awareness concepts to life through visual design.
Ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints while maintaining high standards of design and accuracy.
Design
motion graphics, GIFs, and video snippets
for social media and digital outreach when required.
Keep up with
healthcare industry design trends, digital marketing creative formats
, and platform-specific guidelines.
Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree
in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2-3 years of professional experience
in graphic design, with a focus on social media creatives and marketing campaign assets (healthcare/wellness industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
and other design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in
social media creatives, marketing campaigns, and brand communication
.
Knowledge of
motion graphics and basic video editing
is a plus.
Excellent understanding of design for social media platforms, ad formats, and digital marketing trends.
Creative thinker with strong conceptual and execution skills, capable of balancing design aesthetics with functional healthcare messaging.
