We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating visually captivating designs for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, videos, medical brochures, pamphlets, and more.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our healthcare clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience. Design visually appealing and engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media posts, videos, medical brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing collateral. Develop creative concepts and design mock-ups that align with client's branding and marketing goals. Use industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality designs. Apply knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques to create compelling visuals. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables. Collaborate with our content team to incorporate text and other content into designs effectively. Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices in the healthcare and digital marketing industry. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines. Collaborate with clients, printers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate production and implementation of designs.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on healthcare or related industries. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools. Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, including examples of social media posts, videos, brochures, or other relevant materials. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Ability to interpret client's requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of the healthcare industry, medical terminology, or previous experience working with healthcare practitioners will be a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field.
