Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for global and domestic roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and provide timely updates to candidates.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience
in recruitment (international/global hiring experience is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and other MS Office tools.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
