We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GRC Administrator and Security Professional to manage governance, risk, and compliance activities across our SAP landscape. This role is critical for ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operations within our enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP GRC Administration:

Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP GRC Access Control modules (ARA, BRM, ARM, and EAM).

Manage role design, provisioning, and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis.

Monitor and enforce compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.

User Access & Authorization Management:

Administer user access and authorizations across SAP systems and integrated platforms.

Ensure proper role assignments and maintain least-privilege principles.

Cross-System Security & Audit Support:

Provide user access, authorization management, and audit support for multiple systems, including but not limited to:

LogPro Warehouse Management System

Royalty Systems

Revenue Systems

Winshuttle

NetSuite

Act as the single point of contact for all audit needs across these systems.

Collaborate with technical teams to gather and deliver required audit documentation and evidence.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Conduct periodic access reviews and risk assessments.

Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and auditors to maintain compliance and security posture.

Provide guidance and training on security best practices and GRC processes.

Qualifications:

Strong experience in SAP GRC Access Control and SAP Security administration.

Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, etc.) and audit processes.

Familiarity in working with non-SAP systems (e.g., WMS, NetSuite, royalty, and revenue platforms) and their security models.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
