Job Description

• Build and maintain complex, scalable full-stack applications with a focus on performance, maintainability, and clean architecture.

• Expertise in both frontend and backend development using modern JavaScript frameworks like React/Next.js and backend systems with Node.js and MongoDB.

• Collaborate closely with the CTO & other business stakeholders to turn requirements into elegant technical solutions.

• Lead architectural decisions and influence key product and infrastructure choices.

• Set up and manage cloud-native deployments using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes

• Take complete ownership of the product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and monitoring.

• Implement responsive, accessible, and visually polished interfaces with a strong eye for design detail and performance.

• Strong algorithmic & problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues across the stack quickly and effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide teams in both frontend and backend domains

• Drive best practices across development, testing, CI/CD, and deployment with a high-speed and milestone-driven mindset

Requirements

• B.Tech or B.E degree in computer science or allied fields

• 4+ years of professional full-stack experience

• Deep understanding of core concepts of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and asynchronous programming

• Hands-on experience of Functional Programming in JS, ES2015+, React, NextJS, NodeJS, Git, Webpack, TDD, and Object-oriented JS

• Proficiency in RESTful API design and consumption

• Extensive experience with MongoDB and backend service design

• Strong understanding of browser rendering behavior, performance tuning, and debugging tools

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying services on AWS (EC2, S3)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and test-driven development

• Comfortable managing both frontend and backend concerns end-to-end

• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest
