Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using distributed and front-end technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, and stakeholders) to gather requirements, refine use cases, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Prepare and execute test scenarios, document results, and maintain detailed technical documentation.
Support integration, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
Drive innovation and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance system performance and delivery. Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills
Required:
5+ years in software development with strong experience in designing and building enterprise-scale applications (on-prem & cloud-native).
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript/JavaScript, AWS/Azure, REST APIs, and cloud-native services (AKS, Azure Web Apps).
Experience in microservices, DevSecOps, CI/CD (Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, and databases like MongoDB, Oracle, or SQL Server.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
Knowledge of IBM Transformation Extender (ITX).
Experience in TDD/BDD and distributed systems development (Java/J2EE, SQL, XML, AngularJS, Jenkins, BitBucket, Bamboo, etc.).
SAFe 6.0+ certification and experience in Group Benefits domain.
