About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Sr. Full Stack Java Developer

who can take ownership of development initiatives while effectively

leading and coordinating a team

of developers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in

Microservice Architecture

,

Spring Framework, Angular/React

, and

PostgreSQL,

with strong hands-on expertise in

resolving production issues, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance

.

This role demands both

technical excellence and leadership

-- someone who can code, solve complex problems, and drive the team toward high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and maintain Microservice Applications using

Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL

, and

Angular/React

. Lead and mentor developers with technical guidance, efficient issue resolution, and workload management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management, to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines Identify, analyze, and resolve

production issues

, ensuring minimal downtime and effective root cause analysis. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver within budget and schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in the Angular framework: Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot with RESTful API development and consumption Experience with database design and SQL: Ability to debug, optimize, and maintain code: Proven experience in

production troubleshooting

and resolving complex technical issues. Excellent

team handling, coordination, and communication

skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Good to Have:

Experience with

Microservices Architecture

Docker

,

Kubernetes

, or

Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
