Role: Sr Full Stack Engineer Experience: 6+ Years Industry: Exposure to manufacturing, energy, supply chain or similar Location: Remote Mandatory Skills: React Native, MERN Stack, Backend Dev (NodeJS or Any Framework) Other Skills: TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Streamlit (for internal tools), Plotly / Recharts / D3 for visualizations, Python (Fast API, Flask), Node.js, Pyomo/OR-Tools (optimization) integration, Real-time streaming via WebSockets or MQTT, Databricks, PostgreSQL, SQLite, Supabase, Time-series: InfluxDB, OSI PI, or Azure Data Explorer, Blob/file: Azure Data Lake or S3, Docker, GitHub Actions, Azure/AWS, CI/CD pipelines, streamlit sharing or containerized deployments, Azure DevOps / JIRA / Notion for tracking, GitHub . You will be the sole full stack developer, collaborating closely with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to bring digital use-cases to life -- ranging from real-time plant monitoring dashboards, production optimization tools, and digital twins to GenAI-based assistant apps. This is a high-ownership role, ideal for an engineer who thrives in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment and can bridge industrial domain constraints with modern software practices. Responsibilities: 1. Full-cycle application development: Own architecture, design, and deployment of industrial applications -- from UI to backend to database. 2. Translate industrial use-cases into software: Partner with DS and DE teams to turn optimization models, GenAI prototypes, or ML algorithms into robust, user-facing applications. 3. Industrial-grade integration: Connect with OT systems (e.g., DCS, PLC, SCADA), SAP, and plant historian data to enable real-time insights. 4. App performance & usability: Ensure reliability, latency, and high availability of applications in dataconstrained and low-bandwidth factory environments. 5. Security and maintainability: Build secure, version-controlled, and modular systems with proper logging, authentication, and DevOps practices. 6. Rapid prototyping to productization: Ship MVPs quickly, but also scale successful pilots to productionready apps. 7. Mentor and scale: Help define engineering best practices and mentor junior engineers or upskilled plant personnel as the digital team expands. Use Case Examples you'll work on: 1. Production & Margin Maximizer: Streamlit + Pyomo + SQL-powered dashboard for real-time profit optimization 2. GenAI-based Troubleshooting App: RAG-based app pulling from machine manuals and historian logs 3. Digital Twin Apps: Visualization and control tools for real-time process simulations 4. Asset Maintenance & Reliability Tracker: Frontend dashboards with backend time-series event analytics. 5. Quality Anomaly Detection: React-based frontends connected to ML model APIs for real-time alerts Required Skills: 1. 6+ years of full-stack engineering experience, preferably with B2B or industrial applications 2. Strong in Python + React Native + SQL stack 3. Experience building production-grade apps alone or in small teams, with full ownership 4. Familiarity with OT/IT integration: e.g., DCS/SCADA data, OPC UA, SAP 5. Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, REST APIs, and model API integration 6. Exposure to working with Data Scientists & Operations teams in manufacturing or industrial setups 7. Ability to thrive in ambiguous, unstructured environments and drive clarity 8. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: Up to ?120,000.00 per month
