Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:

Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy robust applications and websites using C# and the .NET framework (Core, Framework).

Architecture & Design:

Create technical specifications, design scalable solutions, and define application architecture.

Code Quality:

Write clean, efficient, testable code; perform code reviews; refactor; and ensure performance and responsiveness.

Leadership & Mentorship:

Guide junior developers, provide technical expertise, and lead development initiatives.

Collaboration:

Work with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver features.

Maintenance & Support:

Troubleshoot complex issues, upgrade existing systems, and optimize performance.

Best Practices:

Implement software design patterns, adhere to coding standards, and stay updated with trends (Cloud, DevOps, Microservices).
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Strong C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC. Experience with SQL Server, database design, ORMs (Entity Framework). Proficiency in Visual Studio, unit testing (NUnit, MSTest), CI/CD. Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS), Docker, Microservices, Design Patterns. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
