Job Description

Responsible for researching, designing, planning, developing and evaluating new advanced network technologies and network components for the product. Translate customer requirements or strategic business objectives into final network solutions. Assessment of customers network application needs. Involved in developing and implementing corporate policies and cost structures that support the development and management of products. Also conduct data trend analysis, design and implementation of improvement initiatives for business processes/systems related to a given product/group of products/technology with the objective of enhancing productivity and synergy across product portfolio. Responsible of managing the NPI process and define/improve theQ2C processes and tracking and managing IT development and investments.

Broad outline of the Role
Responsible for 1-2 products ( Tx, VPN, Ethernet,IP) and drive all service development and IT automation initiatives for those product launch/process improvement and product improvement. Ability to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered in service and technology development. Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results and project completion within the specific service/technology. Capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles. Able to identify key issues and priorities and focus on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision. Able to significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques.Might lead/ mentor small teams for small projects. Has an in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards required to developn service/technology for a specified product portfolio. Education : Graduate in Engineering Experience : 4-8 years in project management, IT automation and telecommunication operations
