Role Overview

We are looking for a

Senior Full Stack Developer

with a strong foundation in backend engineering and proven ability to work independently. This is not just another coding job -- we want someone who can

take ownership

, handle shifting priorities, and deliver with consistency.

Core Technical Requirements

Backend Expertise:

MongoDB, Node.js, TypeScript (mandatory)

DevOps:

Hands-on with Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions (or equivalent pipelines)

Complementary Skills:

REST & GraphQL APIs, React/Next.js (bonus), cloud exposure (Docker/AWS/GCP/Azure)

Software Craftsmanship:

Clean code, testing frameworks (Jest/Mocha), Git-based workflows

System Thinking:

Problem-solving mindset, ability to design scalable systems

Professional Expectations
