We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Full Stack Developer

to join our

Core Development Team

. In this role, you will act as a

technical lead

, working closely with cross-functional teams and owning the

end-to-end software development lifecycle

, from requirement analysis and system design to deployment and maintenance.

You should be hands-on with both

front-end and back-end development

, have a strong understanding of

scalable system architecture

, and be capable of guiding team members while delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness Participate in architectural decisions and system design Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality standards Manage development timelines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

BSc / BTech in Computer Science or a related field

5+ years

of experience in full stack development Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills Experience in testing and optimizing applications for performance and scalability Hands-on experience with database design and application architecture Proven

team leadership

and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
