Key Responsibilities

Developing scalable and maintainable software architectures that support future product growth.

Build and maintain our AI-powered Hyperautomation platform, from frontend interfaces to scalable backend services.

Develop responsive UIs (React/Next.js) for AI features, ensuring performance and usability.

Architect APIs, microservices, and data pipelines to support AI model inference, agentic workflows, and real-time processing.

Deploy and optimize applications on AWS/GCP/Azure, leveraging CI/CD, Docker, and serverless technologies.

Design secure, fault-tolerant systems with OAuth/JWT, RBAC, message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and SQL/NoSQL databases.

Writing automated tests to ensure product quality and reduce manual testing efforts.

Analyzing user feedback and data to continuously improve product features and address emerging needs.

Stay ahead of trends in AI, cloud computing, and distributed systems.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, Tailwind).

Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency in AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code.

Backend Expertise: API design, event-driven architectures, and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).

Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, LangChain) and vector search technologies (FAISS, Chroma)

Solid understanding of secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT) and scalable architectural patterns

System Design: Strong grasp of scalability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.

Agile Mindset: Comfort with Scrum/Kanban and iterative development.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Multi-Agent AI: Experience with LangGraph, LangChain,LLMs,RAG and vector database.

MLOps: Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, or model monitoring.

Big Data: Knowledge of Spark, Kafka, or distributed processing.

Chatbots/Automation: Prior work on AI-driven workflows or conversational agents.
