An Ideal Candidate:
An ideal candidate with 10 years' experience as Sr. full stack developer with Node.JS and React.JS with lead experience.
Key Competencies:
1. MERN Stack Expertise: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
2. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, Hooks, Context API, and Next.js.
3. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and Microservices Architecture.
4. Deep understanding of NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
5. Experience in Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and Test Automation using Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
6. Knowledge of system integration, middleware, and API orchestration.
7. Experience with authentication & authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, SSO).
8. Cloud deployment experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB).
9. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
10. Exposure to Agile, Scrum methodologies, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
