in Hotel Management or Front Office Operations.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of
3-5 years of experience
in front office operations or guest services within a
luxury hotel
or
star-rated property
.
Proven experience in
supervisory or leadership roles
in front office operations (e.g., Front Desk Supervisor, Guest Services Manager, etc.).
Experience in using
Hotel Management Software
(Hot Soft or similar systems) is highly desirable.
