We are looking for a

Sr. Front Office Executive

Full time. The

Duties and Responsibilities of

Sr. Front Office Executive are:

Guest Check-in and Check-out, Customer Service Excellence, Reservation Management, Guest Relations, Billing and Payment Processing, Coordination with Other Departments, Telephone and Email Handling, Record Keeping and Documentation, Managing Guest Feedback, Maintaining a Professional Appearance, Multitasking and Time Management and Team Collaboration.

Skills and Qualities :



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with a positive attitude. Knowledge of hotel management systems (Hot Soft) is a plus. High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Professional appearance and demeanor.

Educational Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree

in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. Alternatively,

diploma

in Hotel Management or Front Office Operations.

Professional Experience:



Minimum of

3-5 years of experience

in front office operations or guest services within a

luxury hotel

or

star-rated property

. Proven experience in

supervisory or leadership roles

in front office operations (e.g., Front Desk Supervisor, Guest Services Manager, etc.). Experience in using

Hotel Management Software

(Hot Soft or similar systems) is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
