along with strong communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Manage appointments, meeting room schedules, and visitor logs
Handle incoming and outgoing mail / courier packages
Assist with basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning)
Coordinate with different departments when required
Provide general support to clients, employees, and management
Required Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Pleasant, polite, and professional demeanor
Smart and presentable appearance
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
Time management and organizational skills
Previous receptionist experience.
