Andressen Horowitz (a16z) once that product-led growth (PLG) is one of the trends they're most excited about because it's such an efficient distribution channel that aligns incentives between a company and its customers. From MURAL to Figma to Stripe, all the largest, fastest growing B2B companies all have a product-led growth (PLG) model. However, B2B marketing technology wasn't built with PLG in mind.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Work with a team of engineers and deliver features and functions as outlined by your engineering manager
• Developing new user-facing features using technologies such as React and Angular
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Develop using test driven development for all your work
• Focus on good design and justify your designs

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills:

• You have 5+ years work experience as part of a core engineering team at a product company
• Deep understanding and experience working with JavaScript using ES6 and above or TypeScript
• Experience building robust customer facing frontend experiences using React and Redux (Toolkit) / Angular / Vue
• You must have a strong understanding of semantic HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience in frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind and CSS pre-processors such as SASS and LESS
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Good problem solving skills and understanding of data structures and algorithms

Supporting Skills:

• Experience with JS-in-CSS libraries like Emotion and Styled Components
• Container based development with tools such as Docker
• Experience working with Kubernetes
