Laya Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dedicated

Senior FMS Engineer

to manage and support IT infrastructure across systems, networks, and end-user devices. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in

desktop, printer, and basic networking support

, along with working knowledge of

EPABX, LAN, Fiber, and Voice systems

.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

end-user IT support

for desktops, laptops, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.). Perform

hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

. Manage and maintain

network devices

including

access points, switches, and firewalls

. Monitor and troubleshoot

LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity

issues. Support and maintain

EPABX systems

, including extensions, voice patching, and cabling. Handle

fiber cabling, patch panels, and network layout

for connectivity setup. Manage

user accounts, permissions, and basic security configurations

. Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of configurations and incidents. Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement, maintenance, or escalation support. Ensure minimal downtime and maintain SLA adherence for IT service requests. Provide guidance to junior FMS engineers and assist in on-site IT operations.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of

desktop and printer support

(Windows OS, drivers, updates). Basic understanding of

networking concepts

- Access Points, Switching, Firewall basics. Good knowledge of

EPABX, LAN, Fiber cabling, and Voice setup

. Familiarity with

network troubleshooting tools

and utilities (ping, tracert, etc.). Excellent

communication and customer service skills

. Ability to manage

on-site technical issues

efficiently and independently.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Information Technology.

3-6 years of experience

in IT support or facility management services. Preferred certifications:

CCNA

,

MCSE

, or equivalent technical certifications.

Pay: ?216,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
