We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Flutter Developer

to join our on-site development team. The ideal candidate will have around

2.5 years of hands-on experience

in building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces. Work closely with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance. Ensure code quality through code reviews and testing. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in Flutter app development. Strong knowledge of Dart programming language. Experience with state management tools like Provider, BLoC, or GetX. Familiarity with API integration, Firebase, and third-party libraries. Proficient in using Git for version control. Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle, architecture, and design patterns. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with native Android/iOS development. Exposure to CI/CD tools and mobile testing frameworks. Knowledge of performance optimization and analytics integration.
