Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Flutter Developer

with a solid background in

Android mobile development

to build high-performance applications for both Android and iOS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in native Android (Java/Kotlin) and strong expertise in Flutter/Dart.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using

Flutter

. Utilize

native Android development

(Java/Kotlin) when necessary for platform-specific functionalities. Build reusable components, UI widgets, and clean, scalable mobile architectures. Integrate mobile applications with

REST APIs

, Firebase, and third-party services. Optimize app performance and ensure high-quality user experience on Android devices. Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers. Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices. Publish and manage applications on the

Google Play Store

(and optionally Apple App Store).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4-7+ years of experience in

mobile app development

. Strong proficiency with

Flutter & Dart

. Solid experience with

Android development

(Java and/or Kotlin). Familiarity with

Android SDK

, lifecycle, and architecture components (ViewModel, LiveData, etc.). Experience with state management tools:

Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod

. Knowledge of Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Messaging). Good understanding of mobile performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting. Experience with Git and agile development practices.

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating platform-specific code using Flutter platform channels. Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Codemagic, GitHub Actions). Experience working with notifications, background services, and Android-specific permissions. Familiarity with Material Design guidelines.
