Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Engineer to oversee and execute high-quality finishing works for a commercial building project in Cuttack. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil finishing activities and a strong eye for aesthetics, precision, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all finishing works including Masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, and false ceiling installation, Door/window frame and shutter fixing, Stone cladding (wet and dry), facade treatments, Waterproofing and toilet fittings. Ensure work is executed as per architectural drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for timely execution. Monitor daily progress and maintain snag lists. Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards. Prepare material quantity estimates and requisitions. Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering 7-8 years of experience in finishing works for commercial or residential projects Strong understanding of finishing materials and techniques Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Excellent communication and team coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
