We are seeking a highly skilled
Sr. Finance Technical Consultant
with strong expertise in finance systems, business processes, and technical implementation. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering end-to-end solutions that optimize financial operations and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the implementation, customization, and integration of finance-related systems (ERP/financial modules).
Analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with finance teams to streamline processes such as
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting
.
Develop functional and technical documentation, workflows, and training material.
Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and recommend process improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and Business Operations) to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Support system upgrades, testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience
as a Finance Technical Consultant.
Strong knowledge of
finance processes and accounting principles
.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar).
Experience in system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications.
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex finance & system issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
